What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 3am, split into two slots: a morning slot from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and an evening slot from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. We are closed on Sunday.
How much does it cost?
A desk in the shared hall is Rs 10,000 per slot. A private office is Rs 15,000 per person per slot, multiplied by how many people the room seats, so a four-person office is Rs 60,000 per slot. Prices are slightly negotiable depending on what you need.
What is included in the price?
Two servings of tea per person per slot (we keep milk, teabags and green tea), the internet, the backup power, the air conditioning, and access to the meeting room, balcony, games room and prayer area. An office boy can be arranged but is charged separately, on top of the package.
What is on each floor?
The first floor is the working floor: a large hall with windows down one side, an executive room, a meeting room and a balcony. The second floor has the games room, with table tennis and foosball, and a prayer area. The roof is available for small office parties.
Can I work late for overseas clients?
Yes, that is what the evening slot is for. It runs from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, which covers most of the US and UK working day. You do not have to take those calls from a bedroom.
What actually happens when the power goes?
Nothing you will notice. The building runs on fully installed solar through the day, and behind that an online UPS carries the load while the generator starts, so machines never reboot and unsaved work is never lost. The internet and the air conditioning stay on with it.
How reliable is the internet?
Two independent fibre connections from different providers, with automatic failover between them.
Is it comfortable through the summer and winter?
Chiller air conditioning through the summer, and heating through the winter. The building is on a quiet residential street rather than a main road, so the windows can stay open in between.
Where do people go for lunch?
There are restaurants and everyday shops within a short walk. You do not need to drive anywhere for food.

Every coworking space in Lahore says the internet is fast and the power never goes. Four things you can check for yourself, before you spend anything.
Run a speed test on both fibre lines while you are here, and push a large file up. We will not stand over your shoulder. We would much rather you found a problem now than in month two.
The evening slot runs to 3AM. Come on a weeknight and see whether the lights, the AC and the tea are actually on at that hour. If they are not, do not rent from us.
The panels and the generator switchover take two minutes to look at, and almost nobody asks. It is the whole difference between a claim on a website and a setup that actually carries the floor.
